NEW TEMPORARY BOOKING RULES

To book onto a rally in 2020 you can send a booking form to the rally officer without a deposit. 

Any booking you make will be taken as an agreement that you will attend. If the rally becomes full all ralliers will be contacted to confirm their attendance. 

We, as a committee, have taken this decision based on the uncertain future of the rallies this year.

Members who have already booked onto the rallies, still have a deposit on file as usual and this will be treated as normal when the rallies re open. If rallies do not reopen i will be in touch to organise a refund.

There is a new booking form to use from today, this has changes following feedback from our Rally Officers and also in response the COVID-19 pandemic.
