Thank you to our membership for your patience at this time. As previously stated, the announcements from the Government have given us as individuals personal lives to sort before we could get to the club business.
We have decided to CANCEL all rallies up to the end of June 2020. The reason for this time frame is that we feel 3 months (12 weeks) is reasonable and gives us the ability to review.
Your Rally Officer will contact you if you have booked into a rally. We are looking at two options. A full refund of monies paid OR carrying your payment as a deposit to use in a future rally. ALL refunds will be BACS refunds as this is the quickest and least time consuming way. If you have paid by cheque and want a cheque back we can discuss this.
I ask for your understanding during this time. We have taken over 300 individual payments so far this year and this will take time to process. Priority will be given in rally order.
If you have any questions please contact Alan or a member of the committee and we will do our best to answer them. I will mention that we know as much as you know. We are not holding any information back.
We would like to remind all members that the CAMC advice isn’t to cancel rallies at the moment. However we feel as a committee that the safety and health of our members is important.
