Every AGM the committee is elected.
Nomination forms need to be submitted prior to the AGM as per the Notice of the Annual General Meeting in the handbook. This is usually 14 days prior to the meeting.
Due to Covid restrictions we will accept a digital signature on the form. I.E The proposer can sign it and email to the seconder who then emails it to the secretary copying in the person who is nominated. This email chain is sufficient. All nomination will be checked when recieved.
If you are being nominated this year to join the committee please indicate on your email to the secretary if you are attending the agm in person. This will enable us to allocate tickets appropriatley.
